1. Services Provided
We specialize in white-glove furniture delivery, installation, and logistics support for interior designers, realtors, homeowners, and businesses across South Florida.
Services may include:
Pickup, transportation, and delivery of furniture and décor
Placement and installation of furniture inside homes, condos, or commercial properties
Storage and staging support when applicable
2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes provided (via website, phone, or instant forms) are based on the information you supply.
Final costs may change if project details differ from the original request (e.g., additional items, multiple flights of stairs, restricted access).
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once scheduled with our office.
Payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking. Deposits may be required for large projects.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH, or other approved options.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery/installation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is available at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, clients must:
Provide accurate delivery addresses, access details, and contact information.
Ensure hallways, elevators, and doorways are clear and accessible.
Communicate any special requirements (e.g., building restrictions, COI, security clearance).
6. Liability
Florida Furniture Logistics is committed to careful, professional handling of all items.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to furniture or property.
Items not properly packed or prepared by third parties.
Delays due to factors outside our control (traffic, weather, building restrictions).
In the event of proven damage caused by our team, our liability will not exceed the cost of delivery service provided.
7. Storage & Holding (if applicable)
Storage services are available on request and subject to separate terms.
Fees may apply for extended holding of items before delivery.
8. Privacy
Use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy (www.floridafurniturelogistics.com/privacy).
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
